By accessing or purchasing from hypelysport.com, a website operated by Lumivanta LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the store. These terms apply to every visitor and customer of hypelysport.com.

Hypelysport sells adult apparel and graphic T-shirts on a print-on-demand basis. Every item is printed to order after your purchase is confirmed. Product photos and mockups are for illustration; slight variations in color or placement can occur in made-to-order printing and are normal.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where an item cannot be produced, where pricing was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed through PayPal at checkout. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout, and a $4.95 flat rate shipping fee applies per order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations. Production takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Full details are provided on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and change-of-mind or sizing reasons, as set out on our Return & Refund Policy page. Order cancellation is possible before production begins. Because items are made to order, please review your size and design before checkout.

You agree to use hypelysport.com only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the store's operation, gain unauthorized access to our systems, submit false information, or use the store in any way that harms us or other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumivanta LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

The store and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to describe products accurately, we do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product descriptions are completely without error.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.
