Return Window
30 days from delivery
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. After 30 days we are unable to accept a return for that item.
Because every Hypelysport product is printed to order, we ask that returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We accept returns for both defective or incorrect items and change-of-mind or sizing reasons, as described below.

Changed your mind after delivery? Returns are accepted within the 30-day window.

Ordered the wrong size? Return it, or exchange it for the size you need.
Free return shipping fee for change-of-mind & sizing returns. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee — return shipping is free. For defective or wrong items, we also cover the full cost of return and replacement.

Receive your return instructions
We reply within 24 business hours with a free prepaid return label and the return address.

Print & ship
Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off with the carrier. There is no return shipping fee for you.

Inspection
Once we receive the item, we inspect it to confirm it is unworn and in original condition.

Refund or exchange
We process your refund or ship your exchange after inspection is complete.
Exchange Process
Swapping size or design
Need a different size or design? We accept direct exchanges within the 30-day window.

Request the exchange
Email [email protected] with your order number and the size or design you want instead.

Get your free label
We send a free prepaid return label — there is no return shipping fee for exchanges.

Send the original back
Ship the original item using the label provided.

We produce the replacement
Your new item is produced upon order once we receive and inspect the original.

Replacement ships out
We ship the exchanged item to you and send you fresh tracking details.
Order Cancellation
Cancelling an order
Because items are made to order, cancellation depends on how far production has progressed.

Refunds
How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your PayPal balance or the original payment card. The original shipping fee is non-refundable except where the item was defective or the wrong item was sent, in which case the full amount is refunded.
A note on made-to-order items. Since each product is produced upon order, please double-check your size and design before checkout. Our size details are on every product page, and our team is glad to help by email before you buy.
